On Saturday, September 13th, the team ran at Valley Regional Park in Taylorsville for the “Border Wars” meet. A ton of teams attended this race, many even traveled from other neighboring states including Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Wyoming. In the championship race, Cruze Hallows ran a 15:53 and placed 47th. The next runner in was Lincoln Hallows at 16:11 and placed 90th. The third runner to finish was Kade Johnson, who ran a 17:12 and placed 183rd. To put that into perspective, there were 238 participants in this race alone.
