Iris Bradshaw was born on September 28, 1943 to Keith and Phyllis Sorensen in Salina, Utah. She was the third of six children and spent her childhood living in Aurora. She graduated from North Sevier High School in 1961 and attended Southern Utah University briefly until she met her future husband.
Iris married Gerald Bradshaw and together they had three boys. She lived in the Denver area most of her adult life before returning to Salina in 2013.
Iris had a photographic memory and often told stories of her childhood in great detail. She had a great sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. She loved birds, especially humming birds and made sure they were fed everyday. She was also somewhat of an artist and could often be found coloring in her books.
Iris is survived by her sons, Bob and Cody Bradshaw and her grandson, Dalton Bradshaw, her sisters, Suzette Sorensen (Maxwell), Sheila Sorensen (Eyre) and brother, Kevin Sorensen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son Braden and her grandson, Brett as well as her two older sisters, Gaylia Sorensen (Huntsman) and Leanna Sorensen (Madsen).
