Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing February 15, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zoning ordinance 172-2024; amending Title 17 Zoning; To amend Chapter 17.26, 17.26.020, 17.28.020,17.32.020, 17.36.020, 17.40.020, 17.24.020, 17.44.020, 17.48.020, 17.49.020, 17.52.020; “Permitted Uses” The purpose of the change is to add Short Term Rentals as a permitted use in the all Residential and Commercial Zones as listed above.

Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing February 15, 2024 at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zoning ordinance 173-2024; amending Title 17 Zoning; Chapter 17.48.020, “Permitted Uses” Community Commercial Zone C-2. The purpose of the change is to add Extended Stay as a permitted use in the Community Zones C-2.

Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing February 15, 2024 at 6:55 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on a zoning ordinance 174-2024; amending Title 17 Zoning; Chapter 17.32.040,  Two-Family Residential Zone (Z-2); Site Development Standards. The purpose of the change is to reduce the rear setbacks of a main building to twenty (20) feet.
