|The Excellence Foundation hosted their second concert, introducing the area to The Redfeather Acoustic Quartet this past Monday. The group began the afternoon by performing for the elementary school students, followed by a concert for the secondary students, then finished the evening with a free community concert. |The North Sevier Recreation Board has hired Raeanna Batt as the full time Recreation Director. Batt worked as previous Director Storey’s direction, and upon her resignation bridged the gap. Originally from a small town in Alabama, Batt and her family moved to Redmond last year where some of her husband’s family is originated, and she loves the job and is looking forward to rebuilding the recreation programs and bringing a sense of community back.
