Pickleball Court in Redmond

Using government COVID money designated during the pandemic for enhancing outdoor spaces, the Redmond Town Beautification Committee­ is making pickle ball courts at the park. Nets and supplies have been ordered, painting is complete, and a grand opening tournament and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held later in the month.

Cameras installed to catch vandals

Dictionary project continuing strong

Salina Lion’s Club members donated almost 100 dictionaries to Salina Elementary School third graders this past week as part of the club’s national ‘Dictionary Project’.
