CCC/POW Museum gets Facelift

|Crews from RC Stucco Drywall and Stone, Ephraim, are currently working on replacing the board and batten on the exterior walls of the buildings at the CCC/POW Museum. The project is being paid for by a State Historical Grant and completion isestimated in June.
Alleyway nears completion

|Construction and renovation of ‘The Alley’ on Salina’s Main Street, funded by a Main Street renovation grant obtained by Salina City, is nearing completion. Salina City Maintenance employees have hung shades and lighting in the area, and concrete cornhole boards have been ordered. Benches and flowerpots will add the finishing touches, and the walls have been stabilized and beautified. The project will be complete before the end of May as per grant stipulations.
