Resident of Sevier County,
I would like to take a minute and introduce myself. I’m Jed Maxwell, a lifelong resident of Sevier County. I’m currently running for Sevier County Commissioner Seat-A. I’m asking you for your support and Vote on June 23rd, 2026.
My Experience:
Over the last 18 years I’ve had the privilege to serve my hometown community of Salina. I started out serving a 2-year term on the planning and zoning board. I was then elected to the city council where I served two 4-year consecutive terms. After my term on city council was completed, I was elected to be the Salina City Mayor where I just finished serving two 4-year consecutive terms.
If elected County Commissioner I will bring a lot of knowledge and experience with me that I have learned over the past 18 years.
My Commitment:
I will work hard to continue bringing in the much-needed industry Sevier County needs to help guarantee jobs, housing and lower taxes. I will help bring opportunities that will provide for our children, grandchildren and generations to come. I will work towards a brighter future for our kids and grandkids to be able to grow up and enjoy the same opportunities I’ve been blessed with living in Sevier County.
I will continue to support our Law enforcement & EMS making sure they have the resources and tools they need to continue to serve our county and keep our residents safe. I will work with our county department heads to make sure we’re giving them the resources needed so they can continue to provide the services the residents need and expect. I will support citizens’ land and water rights and will continue to help support our farmers and ranchers. I will work with Forest service & BLM to make sure we continue to have access to the roads and trails inside Sevier County. I will represent all of Sevier County and will support Sevier County communities with their needs.
