Busy week for wrestlers

Last Wednesday the girls wrestling team traveled up to Mountain View Highschool for a tri duel with American Fork and Mountain View. North Sevier combined with American Fork to make a full roster against Mountain View and the ladies showed how a wolf wrestles! The overall score went to Mountain View, but the wolf women brought home most of the wins. On Saturday the ladies traveled to Cedar High School for a tournament and brought home three metals! Senior McKenzie Brown placed 2nd in her first tournament back from a tough concussion, junior and foreign exchange student Tiphaine Marty brought home a third-place medal, and sophomore Aubri Pasillas of Richfield placed fourth.

The boys wrestling team traveled up to Mountain View to battle in a tri duel against Mountain View and American Fork, the boys battled hard but came up short on the scoreboard against the larger schools. The team traveled to South Sevier on Friday and Saturday to wrestle in the 2A dual tournament. During the tournament the Wolves took home wins against South Sevier, Beaver B, San Juan, and Kanab.
