Gregory and Kimberly Carter, Elsinore, are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Cabrielle Dianne Carter to Kelton Jake Bastian, son of Jake and Bree Bastian, Aurora. The couple will be married in the Payson, Utah LDS Temple. No formal reception will be held. The bride-to-be is a 2021 South Sevier High School graduate and a granddaughter of James and Nanette Cater, Joseph, and Duane and Dianne Roylance, Roy. Mr. Bastian is a 2021 graduate of NSHS and the grandson of Gary and Peggy Harrison, Central Valley, Jerry and Camille Mason, Salina, and Tim and Doris Bastian, Aurora.
