In accordance with Utah Code §59-2-1332.5, notice is hereby given that written notice of 2025 property tax delinquency has been mailed (postage prepaid) to each delinquent taxpayer. The 2025 list of delinquencies will also be available to the public on or before December 31, 2025, in the office of the Sevier County Treasurer, 250 North Main Street, Room 108, Richfield, UT, as well as online at: https://www.sevier.utah.gov/departments/county_officials/treasurer/current_year_delinquent_tax_report.php.
