Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing February 19, 2026, at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 370 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 190-2026 an Ordinance Amending Title 17 Zoning, To add Chapter 17.114; (DC-1) Downtown Commercial Zone; The proposed Ordinance190 – 2026 is available for review at the Salina City Office.
