PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Salina City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday January 14, 2026, at 6:50 p.m. located at the Salina City Hall 370 West Main, Salina, Utah, 84654 the purpose of the hearing is to accept comments on proposed Ordinance 191-2025 an Ordinance amending Chapter 10 Section 020, Noise Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance 191-2025 is available for review at the Salina City Office.
