ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the upgrades of the REDMOND OLD TOWN HALL will be received at Redmond Town Hall until 2 P.M. sharp local time on December 1, 2022. At which time the bids will be opened and read out loud. The Project consists of new roofing, siding, painting, storm windows and rain gutters.
Bids will be received for the Redmond Old Town Hall Upgrades. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Ensign Engineering, 225 North 100 East, Richfield, UT 84701; Tyson Jewkes; 435.896.2983, tjewkes@ensignutah.com. Electronic copies of the bid documents will be made available on Ensign Engineering’s website at www.ensigneng.com/index.php/bid-access
A pre-bid conference will not be held, but meetings can be arranged by contacting Tyson Jewkes with Ensign engineering.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
