Redmond Town hosted a grand opening pickleball tournament Saturday, October 14 and Councilman Lyman Anderson said he was very pleased at the turnout. There are three courts at the park and the nets will remain up. Guests are invited to respectfully use the facility and paddles/balls can be acquired at the town hall during business hours or by contacting Anderson directly. Josh and Mayci Taylor placed first in the event and Jill Porter and Neresa Nielsen second. In the second tournament, Abby Roberts and Brek Christiansen took first and Boston Bosshardt and Dexton Mickelsen second.
