NSHS Sterling Scholars did well at the region competition held Monday, March 20 with Adrianna Dearden, Speech & Drama, placing first. There were also four runners up – Myers Miller in Trades and Technology, Kason Merchant in Social Science, Brooklyn Butler in Visual Arts, and Keaton Hallows in Business. Cash prizes and college scholarships are awarded to school and regional winners.
