Miss North Sevier Pageant Set for March 7

The Miss North Sevier Pageant Committee is pleased to announce the upcoming Miss North Sevier Pageant, to be held Saturday, March 7, at 7:00 p.m. at North Sevier Middle School. Admission is $10, and community members are warmly invited to attend and support five outstanding young women who will compete for the title of Miss North Sevier.

The evening will also mark the conclusion of an exceptional year of service by reigning Miss North Sevier, Boston Mason, as she graciously relinquishes her title.

Boston has enjoyed a remarkable year representing the North Sevier community. Shortly after being crowned, she organized and hosted the Jr. Miss North Sevier Pageant, where she mentored 13 young women from the area. Her leadership, encouragement, and dedication established a strong foundation for a year centered on service, confidence, and community involvement.

Throughout the summer, Boston proudly represented North Sevier in multiple Fourth of July parades, assisted with Salina’s annual Balloon Festival, and served alongside other local royalty at the county fair. At each event, she demonstrated her genuine love for the community and her commitment to being a positive role model for youth.

Aviation has been one of Boston’s greatest passions. Currently training to earn her pilot’s license, she has worked diligently to turn her dream of flying into reality. To inspire others to pursue their own ambitions, Boston organized and hosted an “Introduction to Flying” course. Attendees learned about the process of becoming a pilot, witnessed an in-person airplane landing, and even had the opportunity to sit in the cockpit to experience what it feels like to be a pilot. The event reflected her desire to encourage others to think boldly and pursue big dreams.

Having grown up in the North Sevier community, Boston is deeply grateful for the love and support she has received throughout her life. She remains passionate about giving back to the place and people who have given so much to her. She extends sincere appreciation to the local businesses and the Miss North Sevier Pageant Committee for their generous support and dedication to making the program — and the community — such a meaningful and lasting tradition.

The community is invited to join in celebrating Boston’s remarkable year of service and to support the next generation of leaders as the new Miss North Sevier is crowned on March 7.
