The Salina Lions Club has drawn the winner of their patriotic minky blanket: It was awarded to Katie Nelson (center). Lion Carol Lowman (left), Lion Trina Dale presented her the blanket with Lion TJ Dale (right). The drawing was held July 4, and Katie said she had only bought ONE raffle ticket, hoping she could win the blanket for her husband, who is a veteran.
