Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing September 18, 2025, at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 186-2025 an Ordinance Amending Title 16 Subdivision: To Amend Chapters 16.04.090 and repealing Chapter 16.04.220. The proposed Ordinance186 – 2025 is available for review at the Salina City Office.

The Ordinance to add Townhomes in each Chapter. The proposed Ordinance185 – 2025 is available for review at the Salina City Office.

There is a part time job opening at Salina Public Library. This position is open to all qualified Salina, Aurora, or Redmond residents. Library experience would be preferred. This position will require at least 15 hours per week, no benefits. Duties will include circulation desk, children’s summer reading program, story time, and patron assistance. Working knowledge of computers and typing skills mandatory. Schedule will include Monday through Friday with evenings until 7:00 p.m. Inquiries should be made to the Salina Public Library or Salina City Office at 370 West Main, Salina, Utah and for job application. Applications will be taken until September 19, 2025. Job will start as soon as possible after that date.
