BOX 28, 30 North 2700 West, Salina, Utah 84654, as co-Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF KEVIN IRA RASMUSSEN hereby gives notice that KEVIN IRA RASMUSSEN, Testator of said Estate, died on January 13, 2026. Creditors of the deceased Testator are hereby notified to deliver or mail their written claims to the Personal Representative at the address above or James K. Tracy, attorney for the co-Personal Representative, at 3165 East Millrock Drive, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting the claim.
