Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing April 16, 2026, at 6:50 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 370 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 194-2026 an Ordinance amending Title 17 Zoning Chapter 17.16.040, “Zone Change Procedure” of the Salina City Code; The proposed Ordinance194 – 2026 is available for review at the Salina City Office.
