Public Notice:
Salina City Request For Proposals/Qualifications- Salina City is soliciting statements of
qualifications and proposals from qualified General Contractors/Engineering Firms.
This project will consist of a new Salina City Park located at 329 W 400 N Salina City, UT
84654. This Request for a Statement of Qualification and Proposals (“RFQ”) is being
issued as a bidding process to select a qualified contractor/firm to provide construction
services for the aforementioned project. Project rating criteria can be found in the full

Separate sealed bids for this project will be received at the Salina City Hall 90 West Main, Salina UT 84654 until 2:00 P.M. (Local Time), Tuesday December 6, 2022 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested bidders SHALL provide with the bid a copy of, or have on file with Salina City, proof of an appropriate Contractors License, Liability Insurance and a Current Business License.
