Over $37,000 were awarded at the Utah State Competition. The competition is heavily weighted on ACT scores and academic achievement. Categories of competition are scholastics, interview, talent, fitness and self-expression and modeling. Isabel is thrilled to represent Utah this year and at the National Competition. Isabel is the daughter of Jared and Dani Hallows of Salina.

Halee graduated high school as her class Salutatorian, cheer captain, 3-time state champion varsity cheerleader, sterling scholar recipient, honors student, member of the student body officers, received her Nail Technician License, and was the founder and CEO of Bella Boards. She sold Bella Boards this last April so she could move to college and start her lifelong passion of becoming a freelance brand designer and starting other successful businesses. Halee loves sewing with her grandma, shopping with her mom, eating yummy food, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family. You can find Halee boating in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and doodling on anything and everything when she has time.
