Central Utah Eye

Dr. Kevin Kirk, local ophthalmologist and owner of Central Utah Eye moved locations from the Revere building in Gunnison around the corner to 85 N 100 E in Dr. Inouye’s old office, rightly dubbed “The Inouye Building”. Their new location will offer glasses, sunglasses and contacts on site with a fully stocked optical as well as continued clinical and surgical eye care services.

He welcomed local optometrist, Dr. Mitchel Anderson, to Central Utah Eye and officially started seeing patients on May 2nd. Dr. Anderson is a Gunnison native who completed his bachelor’s at Utah State University before continuing to Midwestern University in Arizona for his Doctor of Optometry degree and residency in Sante Fe Indian Hospital.

“I am excited to provide vision and eyecare in my hometown,” says Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Kirk added, “We are glad to have Dr. Anderson on our team and think he will be a great asset to the Gunnison area with his skills and new availability of eyewear in this part of Sanpete county.”
