Muddy Pawz Salon was recognized by the Salina City Mayor and Council as the Business of the Quarter at their council meeting Wednesday, June 22. Muddy Pawz, which has been in business for the past seven years, was honored and thanked for the outstanding support of city activities and the positive contribution the business is to the local economy and Main Street.
Owner Krissy Hallows said the salon is one of her greatest achievements in life.
“It has been so rewarding to watch it grow into a successful thriving business,” she said. “Receiving business of the quarter is such an honor. I am so excited. I am grateful to Salina City, the Mayor, and council members for its recognition. I love dogs. Being able to work with them daily is a dream come true. I couldn’t have done any of this without my amazing husband, family, and the outstanding support of our community.”
