NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN- Aurora City is accepting bids for a building lot located within the Aurora City limits at 240 W. 100 N. The parcel number listed with Sevier County is 2-A10-8 and is 0.63 acre.
This lot comes with all of the utility connections that Aurora City provides. There was a home located on the lot previously, but that home has been removed, cleaned up and the lot is ready for development.
Bids will need to be provided in writing and delivered to the Aurora City offices located at 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, UT by 4:00 pm on Monday May 18, 2026. Bids may be mailed but MUST arrive at the Aurora City office by the 4:00 pm deadline on May 18, 2026. If dropping off a bid, please clearly mark “BID” on the envelope. Bids will be kept and then opened at the Aurora City Council meeting at 7:00 pm on Monday May 18, 2026.
Aurora City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for whatever reason.
Bidders will need to fill out a Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC) and include whatever earnest money they would like to include. REPC documents can be picked up from Aurora City or can be emailed to you at your request. They can also be found online at https://commerce.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/purchase-contract.pdf. The successful bidder will have his/her contract signed by Aurora City. All other earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
