Terrance “Terry” Irvin Robins
Terrance “Terry” Irvin Robins, 81, passed away peacefully at his home in Ivins Utah, Tuesday morning, December 7th, 2021 surrounded by his dear wife and several family members. Terry was born August 18, 1940 in Lehi, Utah to Daphne Lynn Hansen and Frank Grant Robins. Terry was proceeded in death by his twin brother Teller “Ted”, his older sister Patricia, and is survived by his older brother Kirt, his wife of 62 years Vonda Ann Curtis, daughters Shelly (David), and Stacey (Kevin), 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Terry grew up in Salina, Utah, and attended North Sevier High School where he met Vonda. After getting married they moved to SLC and started work at Hercules. He was a very big believer of education and passed that on to his children and grandchildren. While working he attended the University of Utah where he received a Bachelor’s degree in business. A career highlight was being able to work at Cape Canaveral.
Terry enjoyed RVing, fishing, hunting, cooking and grilling, and anything where he could be out-of-doors. He was always fixing and repairing things around the house. He had a mantra of leaving everything he touched better than when he received it. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed .
