Kevin Williams

1954 – 2023

Salina, Utah – Our beloved husband, dad, papa, great-papa and friend, Kevin Wade Williams (Huva), age 68, of Salina, passed away July 30, 2023 in Richfield, Utah. After a two year battle with cancer he succumbed to a massive heart attack.  He was born October 18, 1954 in Salina, Utah to Robert Floyd and Vivian Beth Peterson Williams. He attended schools in North Sevier.

On November 15, 1975 Kevin married his angel wife Susan Madsen. They were blessed with 3 children who were his pride and joy. Being the great dad he was, he always made sure they had what they needed and supported them in all their extracurricular activities.

At the young age of 21 Huva began working for Robinson’s Transport where he spent countless days and hours detailing his truck for many truck shows. After 43 years of doing what he loved, he decided to retire.

He is a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Huva had many interests and talents. He loved being in the outdoors collecting arrowheads, Indian artifacts, drawing and glass etching. You could always find him sitting on his front porch with his dog Niko. There weren’t many who didn’t know him, he always had a big smile, best hugs and comebacks for everyone.

He is survived by his wife, Sue of Salina; children: Jamie (Joel) Hawbaker of St. Peter, MN; Jodi (Shawn) Beeler of Richfield; Judd (Chelsea) Williams of Salina; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; a brother Rocky (Laura) Williams of Salina and sisters Jean (Clark) Wall of Venice, Leslie (Larry) Gregerson of Gunnison and Lisa (Henrie) Miller of Salina.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Vivian Willams; in-laws: Ivan and Nola Madsen; grandson: Gibson Judd Williams; siblings: Dennis Grimstead, Earlene Jorgenson, Diana Ashby and Mike Grimstead.

We would like to extend thanks to the staff at Sevier Valley Hospital, LDS Hospital and those that have help with his care at anytime.
